FLT3 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a cell-based ELISA kit designed for the qualitative detection of FLT3 protein levels directly in cultured cells. The lysate-free, high-throughput format uses an indirect ELISA approach: target-specific primary antibodies capture FLT3, while HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyze a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm after substrate addition. The assay is validated for Human and Mouse reactivity and is suited to adherent cell samples. It can be used to measure relative FLT3 levels in cultured cells and to screen the effects of treatments, inhibitors, or activators on FLT3 expression.

A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalization, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining can be used to determine cell density, allowing absorbance values to be corrected for plating differences. The kit has a dynamic range of > 5000 cells per well and is supplied in a 96-well microplate format. Storage is at 4°C with 6 months stability.
