FLI1 Transcription Factor Activity Assay

The FLI1 Transcription Factor Activity Assay from Assay Genie is a DNA-binding ELISA that quantitatively measures the DNA-binding activity of FLI1 (Friend Leukemia Integration 1), a member of the ETS transcription factor family. The microplate is pre-coated with a specific double-stranded oligonucleotide containing the FLI1/EWS consensus binding sequence (5'-GGAA-3'), and active FLI1 protein from nuclear extracts is captured and detected using a target-specific antibody in a colorimetric workflow.
