FKHRL1 (Phospho-Ser253)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This cell-based phospho ELISA from Assay Genie is designed to monitor phosphorylation and expression of FKHRL1 directly in cultured cells. Working on an indirect ELISA format, target-specific primary antibodies are detected with Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies, enabling a fluorometric readout.

The assay is lysate-free and high-throughput, and is suited to measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated FKHRL1 (Phospho-Ser253) in cultured cells, as well as screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors (e.g. siRNA), or chemicals on FOXO3 phosphorylation. Reactivity is confirmed for Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of FKHRL1 (Phospho-Ser253) is provided for normalization. Storage is at 4°C for 6 Months.
