FKHRL1 (Phospho-Ser253)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate detection of phosphorylated FKHRL1 (also known as FOXO3a) at serine 253 in cells. It is a lysate-free, high-throughput and sensitive assay using an indirect ELISA format in which the phospho-specific target is captured by primary antibodies, with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies enabling colorimetric readout at 450 nm.

The kit is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is intended for adherent cells. It supports a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, allowing qualitative measurement of phosphorylated FKHRL1 in cultured cells and screening of the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals) or activators on FKHRL1 phosphorylation. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is provided to determine cell density for further normalisation.
