Ferroptosis ELISA Sampler Kit

The Ferroptosis ELISA Sampler Kit from Assay Genie is a multipanel profiling tool that supports study of iron-dependent regulated cell death pathways. It combines six individual 48-well microplates to quantitatively measure six established ferroptosis biomarkers — including GPX4, ACSL4, SLC7A11/xCT, 4-HNE, MDA, and transferrin receptor 1 — in a single workflow, eliminating the need to procure each target independently.

Each sub-plate uses its own standard curve, allowing parallel quantitation across the panel. The kit is supplied with pre-coated wells, detection antibodies, buffers, and standard vials; reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen at -80°C, while sealed plates are stored refrigerated until kit expiry.

Researchers in oncology, neurodegeneration, and ischemia-reperfusion injury use this sampler to investigate lipid peroxidation, glutathione metabolism, and redox imbalance in cell culture supernatants and human biofluid samples. Stored standards tolerate three freeze-thaw cycles.
