Feline CCL2 DIY ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie DIY format lets researchers coat their own microplate wells using the supplied anti-feline CCL2 capture antibody, then run cell culture supernatant or other feline samples alongside a recombinant standard curve. Detection range spans 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with sensitivity around 10 pg/mL, and the protocol uses a 100 µL sample volume per well. The kit provides capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant CCL2 standard, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, and stop solution; remaining reagents should be refrigerated and standards kept frozen in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Because the plates are not pre-coated, lab teams can adapt the workflow to feline inflammation, infectious disease, or immunology studies, and the assay is intended for research use only.
