FAKD3 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit enables qualitative detection of FAKD3 (FAST kinase domain-containing protein 3) in human adherent cell cultures. The colorimetric assay is read at 450 nm and is formulated as a lysate-free, high-throughput format suitable for screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors, or activators on FAKD3 expression. The indirect ELISA workflow uses FAKD3-specific primary antibodies together with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, which catalyse a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.
