F-E3/Free Estriol ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's competitive ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of free estriol in human biological samples, a hormone produced during pregnancy that plays a role in fetal development. Recovery across the same matrices is reported at averages of 96% for serum (range 88-103%), 97% for EDTA plasma (range 91-102%) and 94% for heparin plasma (range 90-102%).

According to the manufacturer's instructions, the kit is stored sealed at 2-8°C and should not be cryopreserved.
