Evolocumab (Repatha® )Free Drug -Quantitative ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s quantitative ELISA is designed to measure free evolocumab (Repatha®) in serum and plasma samples. It uses a colorimetric, solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on the sandwich principle.

The kit includes standards, low and high controls, assay buffer, a horse radish peroxidase conjugated probe, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer, adhesive foil and a microtiter plate. The assay uses a tetramethylbenzidine chromogen substrate and an acidic stop solution; the developed colour is proportional to the amount of evolocumab in the sample or standard, and results are determined using the standard curve.
