Evolocumab (Repatha® )Antibody screening - Qualitative ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s qualitative ELISA kit is designed to screen serum and plasma samples for antibodies to evolocumab (Repatha®).

The solid-phase sandwich assay uses colorimetric detection. Controls and samples are incubated in microtiter wells coated with evolocumab, followed by washing and addition of an HRP-conjugated probe that binds to captured evolocumab antibodies. Bound enzyme activity is detected with TMB chromogen substrate, and an acidic stop solution terminates the reaction. The developed colour is proportional to the amount of evolocumab antibodies in the sample or controls, and results are evaluated using a cut-off value.
