ETS1 (Phospho-Thr38)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie for the qualitative detection of phosphorylated ETS1 at threonine 38 in cultured cells. The kit uses a lysate-free, high-throughput, indirect ELISA format in which target-specific primary antibodies are paired with Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies, enabling fluorometric readout at Ex/Em 651/667 and 495/521. It supports monitoring of ETS1 phosphorylation and expression profiles in cells and is suitable for screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals) and activators on ETS1 phosphorylation.

The assay is reactive with human, mouse and rat cells. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target RFU values, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of ETS1 (Phospho-Thr38) is provided so that the RFU value for phosphorylated ETS1 can be normalized against the non-phosphorylated form. The dynamic range is greater than 5000 cells. The kit is intended for storage at 4 °C with a stated stability of 6 months.
