ETS1 (Phospho-Thr38)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the accurate detection of ETS1 phosphorylated at threonine 38 in cell lysates. The qualitative, indirect ELISA format uses target-specific primary antibodies together with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition that is read at 450 nm. The assay is lysate-free and supports high-throughput screening of the effects that various treatments, inhibitors, or activators have on ETS1 phosphorylation in adherent cells.

Reactivity is established for human, mouse, and rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. A monoclonal antibody specific for GAPDH is provided as an internal positive control for normalising the target absorbance readings, while a Crystal Violet staining step allows cell density to be determined following the colorimetric measurement so that plating differences can be adjusted.
