ETS1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is intended for the detection of ETS1 in cell culture supernatants, with reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples. It can also be applied to serum, plasma, and lysate samples, and is suitable for research in immunology.

The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which ETS1 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody to catalyse a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. The workflow is lysate-free and supports high-throughput screening of treatments, siRNA, chemicals, or activators on ETS1 expression. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step allows cell density to be determined so that results can be normalised to cell amount.

Detection is colorimetric, read at 450 nm, with a quoted dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. Storage is at 4°C for 6 Months.
