Etanercept (Enbrel®) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a colorimetric ELISA kit for the quantitative determination of free etanercept (Enbrel®) in serum and plasma samples. It is a solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on the sandwich principle, in which standards and samples are incubated in microtitre plate wells coated with reactant specific for free etanercept (Enbrel®). The colour developed is proportional to the amount of free etanercept (Enbrel®) in the sample or standard, and results can be determined using the standard curve.

The stated detection limit is 100 ng/mL, and the stated spike recovery is 85-115%. Kit components include etanercept standards, high- and low-level controls, assay buffer, horse radish peroxidase-conjugated probe, TMB substrate solution, stop solution, wash buffer and adhesive film.
