Equine Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha (TNFa) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Equine TNFa ELISA Kit is a quantitative immunoassay built on a pre-coated microplate for measurement of tumor necrosis factor alpha in equine samples. The protocol uses an absorbance-based readout compatible with standard plate readers and is validated for equine serum, plasma-based matrices, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants.

The recommended sample volume is 50 µL per well, and the full assay can be completed in roughly 3.5 hours under standard laboratory conditions. Reconstituted standards should be kept refrigerated and aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles, with the kit remaining stable through multiple uses when stored appropriately.

Each package supplies a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized equine TNFa reference standards, wash and dilution buffers, TMB substrate, and stop solution, all packed for research use only.
