Equine Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1 (TGFb1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Equine TGFb1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of transforming growth factor beta 1 in horse serum, plasma and tissue lysates using a sandwich immunoassay format with biotin-streptavidin amplification. Each microplate kit includes pre-coated wells, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP and substrate solution sufficient for 96 determinations. Standard protocol requires 100 µL of sample per well with an incubation time of approximately 2.5 hours at room temperature, and unopened components should be refrigerated until first use. Reconstituted standards and unused aliquots remain stable for two weeks when stored cold, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Plates are read at 450 nm with a reference wavelength of 570 or 630 nm for background correction.
