Ephrin B1/B2 (Phospho-Tyr330)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative analysis of phosphorylated Ephrin-B1/B2 at Tyr330 directly in cultured cells, without the need for lysate preparation. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format, in which target-specific primary antibodies capture the phosphorylated protein and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies generate a measurable colorimetric signal at 450 nm. It is intended for use with adherent cell samples and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat, with a stated dynamic range of greater than 5000 cells.

Ephrins are cell surface molecules involved in cellular processes including cell migration, adhesion, and axon guidance, and the kit is provided for research in developmental biology. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included to serve as an internal positive control for normalisation of target absorbance values, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining can be used to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences. The kit is designed as a high-throughput, sensitive method for measuring relative levels of Ephrin-B1/B2 phosphorylation and for screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors, or activators on Ephrin-B1/B2 phosphorylation.
