EPHA7 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate detection of EPHA7 protein levels in cell lysates and tissue homogenates. The kit operates as a lysate-free, high-throughput assay in which EPHA7 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction measured at 450 nm.

EPHA7 belongs to the ephrin receptor tyrosine kinase family and is involved in cellular processes such as cell growth, migration, and differentiation. Dysregulation of EPHA7 has been linked to cancer progression, neurodevelopmental disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases.

The kit is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. It is suitable for adherent cells and includes a monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody as an internal positive control for normalising the target absorbance values, with Crystal Violet whole-cell staining available to determine cell density. Storage is at 4°C for 6 Months.
