Elk1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Developed by Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA kit provides a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow for measuring Elk1 protein expression directly in cultured cells. The colorimetric assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which Elk1-specific primary antibodies capture the target, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyze a reaction that is read at 450 nm. Because the readout is qualitative, the kit includes an anti-GAPDH monoclonal antibody for internal positive-control normalization and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step for adjusting absorbance values to cell density.
