Durvalumab (Imfinzi®)Antibody screening - Qualitative ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s qualitative ELISA kit is developed for determining antibodies to durvalumab (Imfinzi®) in serum and plasma samples. It uses a solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on the sandwich principle. Samples and controls are incubated in microtiter wells coated with durvalumab, after which an HRP-conjugated probe binds to durvalumab antibodies captured on the well surface.

Following chromogen-substrate addition and termination with an acidic stop solution, the developed colour is proportional to the amount of durvalumab antibodies in the samples or controls. Results are evaluated using a cutoff value. The stated required volume is “10 µl” and the total time is “140 minutes”. The product is classified as a human-reactive, biosimilar, qualitative ELISA within the checkpoint inhibitors research area.
