DP-2 Transcription Factor Activity Assay

The DP-2 Transcription Factor Activity Assay by Assay Genie is a DNA-binding ELISA that quantifies functional binding of the DP-2 protein (also called TFDP-2) to its consensus DNA sequence in nuclear and cell lysates. DP-2 partners with E2F family transcription factors to drive G1/S cell cycle progression, making this assay valuable for studying proliferation, oncogenic signaling and cell cycle dysregulation.

This plate-based transcription factor activity kit has been validated across human, mouse and rat samples, giving researchers flexibility for comparative studies in tumor biology, drug response work, and transcription factor mapping following RNAi or compound treatment.
