DP-1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables qualitative detection of DP-1 (transcription factor Dp-1; gene symbol TFDP1) protein expression in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format with a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm, and is described as lysate-free and suitable for high-throughput screening.

Reactivity is human and the recommended sample type is adherent cells, with a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. To support normalisation, a monoclonal anti-human GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step can be used to determine cell density after the HRP-substrate reaction.

Typical applications include profiling relative DP-1 expression, screening the effects of siRNA, chemical inhibitors or activators, and supporting work in cell cycle, cell biology, molecular biology and cancer research. The kit is supplied in a microplate format for storage at 4 °C with a stated stability of 6 Months.
