Dog Rab GDP dissociation inhibitor alpha (GDI1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Dog GDI1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Rab GDP dissociation inhibitor alpha in canine serum and plasma using a colorimetric sandwich immunoassay on a pre-coated 96-well microplate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm, and results are interpolated against a calibrated standard curve for sensitive detection across a broad dynamic range.

GDI1 regulates the cycling of Rab GTPases between active membrane-bound and inactive cytosolic pools, playing a central role in vesicle trafficking, intracellular membrane transport, and protein sorting.
