Validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity directed against natural and recombinant dog HSPA4. The detection range is 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.048 ng/mL. HSPA4, also referred to by the synonym Heat shock 70-related protein APG-2 (APG-2), is a heat shock protein implicated in cellular stress response, protein folding and degradation.
