DMPK Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

Designed for quantitative measurement of drug-metabolizing enzymes in cell lysate samples, this Cell-Based ELISA kit from Assay Genie offers a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow for profiling DMPK protein expression in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format with a colorimetric readout at 450 nm and supports studies of drug metabolism pathways, potential drug-drug interactions, and dosing optimisation.

Validated for use with adherent cells and reactive with human samples, the kit provides a dynamic range of > 5000 cells. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance values, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step may be used to determine cell density for further normalisation. The kit is supplied in a microplate format and is stored at 4 °C with a stated shelf-life of 6 months.
