DisCoZyme 1, ACF, 50 mg

DisCoZyme 1 from STEMCELL Technologies is a recombinant, animal component-free (ACF) dissociation enzyme supplied as a 50 mg lyophilized powder. It functions as a gentle alternative to trypsin, cleaving cell-surface adhesion proteins to release adherent mammalian cells, including human pluripotent stem cells and primary cultures, while preserving membrane integrity and surface marker expression.

Each vial is reconstituted in buffer to yield a working solution suitable for routine passaging, single-cell harvesting for flow cytometry or downstream assays, and tissue dissociation in serum-free or defined media workflows. The ACF formulation eliminates animal-derived contaminants, supporting xeno-free culture requirements relevant to cell therapy and regenerative medicine research.
