Dic (Diclazuril) ELISA Kit

The Dic (Diclazuril) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a competitive immunoassay developed for quantitative residue screening of diclazuril, a triazine-based anticoccidial agent widely administered to poultry and livestock for the prevention of coccidiosis. The assay is calibrated for food-matrix analysis, accepting homogenised tissue and whole-egg preparations following a simple extraction and dilution workflow.

During the run, samples and a diclazuril-HRP conjugate compete for binding to antibody-coated microwells, and the resulting absorbance signal is quantified on a standard microplate reader. Each kit is supplied as a complete set of reagents sufficient for 96 assays in a single microplate format, with all buffers, standards, and conjugate included for immediate use in the laboratory.

For routine residue monitoring, a sample volume of 50 µL is loaded per well, and the standard curve covers a detection range of 0.05 to 4.05 ppb, with a sensitivity of 0.05 ppb, supporting compliance screening against maximum residue limits defined for poultry products.
