Denosumab (Prolia®) ELISA Kit

Developed by Assay Genie, this colorimetric free-drug ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative determination of denosumab (Prolia®) in serum and plasma. It uses a solid-phase sandwich principle, with microtiter wells coated with reactant specific for denosumab; after incubation and washing, a peroxidase conjugate is added, and chromogen-substrate detection produces colour proportional to the denosumab amount in the sample or standard. Results can be determined directly using the standard curve.

Included components are ready-to-use denosumab standards, high- and low-level controls, assay buffer, peroxidase conjugate, TMB substrate solution, TMB stop solution, wash buffer concentrate and adhesive foil. The protocol concludes by measuring optical density with a photometer at 450/650 nm. The stated detection limit is 3 ng/mL, with spike recovery of 85-115%.
