DDX3 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A high-throughput, lysate-free cell-based assay from Assay Genie, the DDX3 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit uses a 96-Well Microplate format to enable qualitative detection of DDX3 protein expression in cultured cells. The indirect ELISA format relies on DDX3-specific primary antibodies and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, with colorimetric signal measured at 450 nm following substrate addition.

Reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and suitable for adherent cells, the kit supports measurement of relative DDX3 levels and screening of the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on DDX3 expression. The assay provides a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining may be used to determine cell density for further normalization.
