Daratumumab (Darzalex®)Antibody screening - Qualitative ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s qualitative ELISA kit is intended for antibody screening against daratumumab (Darzalex®) in serum and plasma samples. The solid-phase sandwich ELISA incubates controls and samples in microtiter plate wells coated with daratumumab. After washing, an HRP-conjugated probe is added, and bound enzymatic activity is detected with a chromogen substrate. The reaction is terminated with acidic stop solution; colour development is proportional to the amount of daratumumab antibodies in the sample or controls, and results are evaluated using a cutoff value.

The detection method is colorimetric, and the assay is optimized with Darzalex®. The required sample volume is 10 µl and the total assay time is 140 minutes. Store at 2-8°C.
