Cytochrome P450 2S1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed for qualitative measurement of Cytochrome P450 2S1 (CYP2S1) protein expression in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which CYP2S1 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction at 450 nm.

Reactive with Human and Mouse samples and supplied in a 96-well microplate format, the kit is lysate-free and suitable for high-throughput screening of treatments, inhibitors, or activators. Normalization is supported by an included anti-GAPDH antibody and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method.
