Cynomolgus Monkey IL-17A DIY ELISA Kit

IL-17A, also known as CTLA-8, is a homodimeric pro-inflammatory cytokine secreted by activated Th17 cells. Quantifying it in cynomolgus macaque samples supports translational research into mucosal immunity, vaccine adjuvant responses, and chronic inflammatory disease models. The DIY plate format means investigators apply the supplied capture antibody to their own microplate wells, then build a biotinylated detection antibody plus streptavidin-HRP reporting layer on top during each run.
