Cyclin H Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

The assay uses a lysate-free, indirect ELISA format in which Cyclin H is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected using HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance values, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step is provided to determine cell density.
