Cyclin G Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit provides a sensitive, lysate-free workflow for detecting Cyclin G protein levels directly in cultured cells. Using an indirect ELISA format with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and a colorimetric substrate read at 450 nm, it enables qualitative measurement of relative Cyclin G expression and supports screening of treatments, inhibitors, or activators.
