CXCR4 (Phospho-Ser339)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed to monitor CXCR4 phosphorylation and expression profiles directly in cultured cells without the need for lysate preparation. The qualitative assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which phospho-CXCR4 (Ser339) is captured by target-specific primary antibodies, while Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primaries, enabling fluorometric readout at Ex/Em 651/667 and 495/521.

The kit is suited to measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated CXCR4 in cells and to screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, and activators on CXCR4 phosphorylation. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, and is stored at 4°C for 6 Months. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of the target is provided for normalization of RFU values.
