Cullin 1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This Cell-Based ELISA from Assay Genie provides qualitative measurement of Cullin 1 protein expression in adherent cell cultures, using an indirect format with colorimetric detection at 450 nm. The Cullin 1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit works by capturing Cullin 1 with specific primary antibodies, while HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody and catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.

Reactive with human and mouse samples, the kit has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance values, and the Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method may be used to determine cell density.
