CSFR (Phospho-Tyr561)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

An indirect, fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables sensitive, lysate-free detection of Phospho-CSFR (Tyr561) in cultured cells. The high-throughput assay monitors CSFR phosphorylation and expression profiles, supporting qualitative measurement of relative phosphorylated CSFR levels and screening of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), and activators on CSFR phosphorylation.

Detection follows an indirect ELISA format, in which the target is captured by CSFR (Phospho-Tyr561)-specific primary antibodies. Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody, enabling fluorometric readout at Ex/Em: 651/667 and 495/521. A monoclonal anti-human GAPDH antibody serves as an internal positive control, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated CSFR counterpart is provided for normalizing RFU values. The assay is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples with a dynamic range of > 5000 cells, and is intended for storage at 4°C for 6 months.
