CSE1L Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the easy and accurate detection of Cell Division Cycle Protein 1 homolog (CSE1L) levels in cell lysates. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with measurement at 450 nm and is configured in a 96-well microplate format. It is reactive with human samples and is intended for use with adherent cells.

The kit employs an indirect ELISA format in which CSE1L-specific primary antibodies capture the target, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody to catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance values, while a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method may be used to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences.
