CrkL Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit is designed to detect the CrkL protein expression profile directly in cultured cells, offering a lysate-free, high-throughput and sensitive workflow. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which CrkL is captured by CrkL-specific primary antibodies and detected with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies; addition of the substrate yields a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm.

Qualitative determination of CrkL concentration is supported by two normalization methods: a monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody supplied as an internal positive control, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step for cell density. The kit is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is suited to screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors or activators on CrkL.
