CPI17alpha (Phospho-Thr38)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Cell-Based ELISA Kit enables researchers to investigate the phosphorylation status of CPI-17α at Thr38 in cell-based assays, providing insights into the regulation of smooth muscle contraction and cell signalling pathways. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method at 450 nm and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, with a dynamic range of more than 5000 cells. Designed as a lysate-free, high-throughput format suitable for adherent cells, the assay relies on an indirect ELISA approach in which CPI-17α (Phospho-Thr38) is captured by target-specific primary antibodies, followed by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.

To support accurate normalisation, the kit includes a monoclonal GAPDH antibody as an internal positive control, along with a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method for determining cell density.
