CPI17alpha Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA kit is designed for the qualitative detection of CPI-17 Alpha (CPI17alpha) protein expression directly in cultured adherent cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which CPI17alpha-specific primary antibodies capture the target, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody, allowing a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. With a quoted dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, the kit offers a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow suited to measuring relative CPI17alpha levels and screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on the target.

Validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, the kit may also be applied to cell lysates, serum, and plasma. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance values, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step is provided to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences.
