The 96-assay format fits the throughput needs of clinical laboratories and immunology research facilities handling moderate sample volumes for in vitro diagnostic and research workflows. Each package contains pre-coated microwell strips, assay diluent, enzyme conjugate, substrate solution, stop reagent, and a calibrated standard set for plotting the reference curve. Operators pipette patient specimens into the coated wells, allow antigen-antibody binding during the incubation steps, and quantify bound IgM by measuring absorbance on a standard plate reader. The procedure supports investigation of humoral immune responses following SARS-CoV-2 infection or immunization in laboratory settings.
