COVID-19 (IgG) ELISA Kit

An ELISA-based quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie for SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibody detection. Built on the well-established ELISA platform, the kit supports serological research into prior SARS-CoV-2 exposure and immune response characterization in human populations.

Each kit provides microplate wells pre-coated with stabilized SARS-CoV-2 antigen. The assay workflow involves sequential incubation of diluted serum or plasma specimens, followed by an enzyme-conjugated secondary antibody, with a colorimetric read-out on a standard microplate reader. Each kit contains reagents sufficient for 96 individual determinations.
