The Assay Genie kit uses recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Protein and Spike S1 Receptor Binding Domain as coating antigens, enabling serological profiling of past infection or vaccine response. Each microplate accommodates 96 assays and accepts dried blood spot, plasma, saliva, or serum specimens with a 10 µL sample volume per well, supporting flexible study designs in epidemiology, vaccine development, and convalescent screening.
