The Assay Genie COVID-19 Human IgG PharmaGenie ELISA Kit enables quantitative detection of IgG antibodies directed against two complementary SARS-CoV-2 antigens: the nucleocapsid (N) protein and the spike S1 receptor-binding domain (RBD). Coating the microplate with both NP and S1-RBD lets the assay capture a broader IgG response profile than kits targeting a single antigen, supporting applications in seroprevalence studies, post-vaccination antibody monitoring, and prior-infection research. The assay is validated for specific detection of the human IgG isotype with no cross-reactivity to IgM or IgA.

The indirect ELISA workflow accommodates flexible sample matrices — including dried blood spots, saliva, plasma, and serum — making it practical for both venipuncture draws and field-collected or self-collected specimens, with a recommended 100 µL sample volume per well.
