The PharmaGenie ELISA platform from Assay Genie provides a targeted serological tool for evaluating antibody responses to SARS-CoV-2. This particular kit is configured to detect human IgA directed against two immunodominant viral antigens — the nucleocapsid protein (NP) and the spike glycoprotein S1 receptor-binding domain (RBD) — making it useful for studies of recent or past exposure, mucosal immunity, and immune response kinetics following infection or vaccination.
