COVID-19 Human IgA PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (N-Protein) (SBRS1716)

Assay Genie's COVID-19 IgA ELISA uses recombinant SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid (N) protein pre-coated onto a microplate to capture human IgA antibodies from dried blood spot eluates, heparinized plasma, or serum samples. IgA class antibodies are an early serological marker of mucosal exposure to SARS-CoV-2, making this assay useful for tracking community seroprevalence, evaluating mucosal immune responses to vaccination, and characterizing breakthrough infection cohorts. Bound IgA is detected with an HRP-conjugated anti-human IgA secondary antibody and TMB substrate, with the plate read on a standard microplate reader. Each kit contains a pre-coated 96-assay plate and all reagents needed to test up to 94 samples in duplicate alongside a standard curve; the recommended diluted sample load is roughly 10 uL per well. Unopened components are shipped and stored refrigerated; reconstituted standards and conjugates should be aliquoted and kept frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
