Typical application involves optimizing the concentration per tissue, with a common starting range of 0.1–2 mg/mL, and incubating on ice or at 37°C as the protocol requires. For storage and handling, the enzyme should be stored frozen at −20°C or colder, with repeated freeze–thaw cycles avoided and reconstitution performed under aseptic conditions.
