Coagulation Factor III (Phospho-Ser290)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of phosphorylated Coagulation Factor III (Tissue Factor) at Serine 290 in cultured human cells, with a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. It uses a colorimetric detection method at 450 nm in a lysate-free, high-throughput format suitable for adherent cell samples.

The assay uses an indirect ELISA approach: a phospho-target-specific primary antibody captures the analyte, and an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody binds the Fc region of the primary antibody, catalysing a colour reaction upon substrate addition.
