Chicken Ubiquitin (Ub) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Chicken Ubiquitin (Ub) ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of ubiquitin protein levels in chicken-derived samples, supporting research into proteasomal degradation, protein turnover, and cellular stress pathways. The kit is supplied as a pre-coated 96-well microplate with all reagents needed to run a full plate, and the assay is completed in approximately 2.5 hours at room temperature with a recommended sample volume of 50 μL per well. Reagent components should be stored at -20°C and the microplate refrigerated at 4°C; aliquot standards and detection antibody after first thaw to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
